Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shopping seasons.

2. Business Days & Order Cut-Off Time

  • Business days: Monday – Friday

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on U.S. public holidays.

  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM
    Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Restricted Addresses

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Rural addresses

  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses

  • U.S. Islands

International Shipping: International shipping is not available.

4. Shipping Delays

If your order tracking has not been updated or your package is delayed more than 15 days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can assist you promptly.

5. Shipping Carrier

We use DHL as our primary shipping carrier to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress. Please note that delivery timelines are subject to DHL’s operating schedules and service conditions.

6. Incorrect Address or Unavailable Recipient

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient is unavailable, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • If the customer does not contact us within 7 days after a delivery failure or return notification, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the order.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
