We currently ship within the United States only.

International Shipping: International shipping is not available.
4. Shipping Delays
If your order tracking has not been updated or your package is delayed more than 15 days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can assist you promptly.
5. Shipping Carrier
We work with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx to help ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
After shipment, tracking information will be provided by email, and customers may track their order either through our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier’s tracking website using the tracking number provided.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and operating conditions during transit.
6. Incorrect Address or Unavailable Recipient
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient is unavailable, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If the customer does not contact us within 7 days after a delivery failure or return notification, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the order.
