1. Refund Eligibility

  • Items that are wrong or damaged due to our error

  • Orders confirmed as lost or excessively delayed after review

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be refused if:

  • Return requests made without prior approval or not following return instructions

  • Delivery issues caused by an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, and the customer does not contact us within 7 days

  • Shipping fees, unless the issue is caused by our error

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 – 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  1. Please check your PayPal account or recent transactions.

  2. Allow additional time for your payment provider to complete processing.
