1. Cancel Order

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us via our Contact Form or email us directly at support@alythe.com.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Cancelled Order & Refund

  • After your cancellation request is successfully approved, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 – 5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Edit Order

We can assist with updating certain order details before the order is shipped, including:

  • Recipient name

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

If you would like to change items or quantities, please cancel the order and place a new one, as we are unable to modify products or quantities once an order is placed.

4. Missing Confirmation Email

If you do not receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, it may be due to:

  • An incorrect email address entered at checkout

  • The order not being successfully completed

  • The email being filtered into your spam or junk folder

If you still have not received a confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us so we can assist you.
