1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Purchases made within 30 days from the delivery date are eligible for return or exchange.

Returns are processed online and sent by mail.

Exchanges are accepted up to one (1) time per order.

2. Conditions for Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • With original hang tags attached

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that:

  • Have been used, worn, or washed

  • Are damaged due to customer handling

  • Are returned after the 30-day return window

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos or videos of the item(s), if applicable

Please wait for our response before sending any items back.
We typically respond within 48 hours.

Return Label:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to print your shipping label.

Please note: You have 14 days to bring your return to your local post office before the shipping label expires. If your shipping label has expired, please contact us to request a new one.

5. Refund Timing

  • Approved returns will be processed within 3 – 5 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is wrong or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

In these cases, we offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement at no additional charge

7. Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
