1. Cancel Order

After 6 hours, orders are processed for fulfillment and can no longer be canceled. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
2. Cancelled Order & Refund

After your cancellation request is successfully approved, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 – 5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Edit Order
We can assist with updating certain order details within 6 hours of placing your order, before it is processed for fulfillment. This includes:

If you would like to change items or quantities, please request a cancellation within the 6-hour window and place a new order, as we are unable to modify products or quantities once an order has been processed.
4. Missing Confirmation Email
